Surprise Visit From Five Star Recruit

Rueben Randle, a five-star receiver from Louisiana, has decided to make a surprise visit to the University of Alabama. Rivals.com broke the news today explaining that Randle's goal is to cut his large list of schools to five by the end of the summer. Randle, the #1 rated receiver and #6 overall player in the country by Rivals.com, plans to be in Tuscaloosa on either Wednesday or Thursday.

The decesion to visit Alabama comes a week and a day after four-star running back Trent Richardson surprisingly decided to end his recruitment early (real early) and commit to The Tide. Richard is the #3 running back in the nation and many recruiting analysts predict him to be rated higher if he remains healthy throughout his senior season. Is the Richardson commitment foreshadowing of yet another great Saban recruiting class?

I've seen films on Trent Richardson and read a great deal about him, also. He's one of a kind;a great leader and even a second to none wok ethics. He looks past beyond himself and truly wants to see the rest of his team mates reap the same benefits he's had. Part of his workout is a goes beyond football season, where he has 4 or five of his team mates running and working out with him and running up a very steep sand hill full speed. He's just a very unselfish person and a giver. So, to answer your question whether Trent Richardson's decision to commit with the Crimson Tide will have an influence on top rated players making a decision to go to Alabama, I'd say he definitely will have an impact. After all, people tend to follow natural leaders and Trent Richardson is every bit that LEADER.
